Current mood: lonely
I originally published this about a year ago. I wrote this for one angel in particular but then edited it for all of my angels that had shared their hearts with us that year. I will always have a special place for those angels. You will always be my family.
As a quick aside. I am getting married tomorrow. This is my second marriage but she was one of my first loves. It is interesting how our path always goes back to where we started.

I felt disconnected from my universe, and I finally discovered why.
The angel I knew and wanted, was missing from my inner eye.
I recognize, your divine beauty, both in form and sensuality.
But I can not hold you and keep you, or make your presence just for me.
This is not a pedestal, this is not crying call.
This is the expression of one angel, missing one angel, in site of heavens all.
I see you, for your beauty, your care and loving touch.
I appreciate your smile and frown when everything seems to much.
I love the way you touch my heart with your voice, those dulcet tones
I want to surrender to your love with tears when we finally connect at home.
I want to play and frolic with you when you are the childish heart.
But as you bless other friends and angels, I miss you because we are apart.
